Lisa Sojourner

Lisa is a psychotherapist and owner of Sojourner Counseling Group, a Catholic group mental health practice in Orlando. She holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology from Florida State University and a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Rollins College. Lisa works with individuals to help them process the challenges in their lives and specializes in boundaries, trauma, and spiritual injury all within a Catholic understanding of the human person. 

Lisa is married to her husband of 13 years, Andy Sojourner. Together they have 4 beautiful and rowdy children, Jimmy, Joey, Ginny, and Elizabeth all between the ages 7 years to 10 months. She is an active member of her parish at St James Cathedral and on the weekends enjoys painting, reading, quilting, gardening and keeping her toddlers from pulling up her vegetables each spring.
