Rachel Young

Rachel has served on the JMJ Board of Directors since 2021.

She holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and History from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Theology from the Augustine Institute.

Rachel works as a Strategy & Consulting Manager at Accenture in their Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice. In her role, she enjoys partnering with her clients to drive human-centered transformation to achieve their strategic objectives.

Rachel is married to her husband, Brian Youngs. In 2020, they were blessed with their daughter, Avila. Rachel and her family are parishioners at Holy Family Catholic Church in Orlando, FL. Within her community, she is involved in various ministries and organizations including youth ministry and MOPS. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.
